Do you run pilot programs to make sure the results will be effective?
Yes, pilot programs are typically run over a two week period to ensure that we are meeting your expectations as well as ours. Once the pilot program is complete we will determine the appropriate campaign details and launch according to your specific needs.
Do you provide calling list? How do you establish a database?
We are linked to several database management companies, and in some cases we will provide the calling data. The database is determined by the type of customer you are looking to reach.
How do you customize to meet our needs?
We work with you in developing the presentation - identifying common objections (and developing effective responses), learning the history of your company (how long you've been in business, who some of your customers are) and discovering the unique benefits that your company has to offer.
