TOD's Unique Process
Because Telecommunications On Demand is not just a broker and owns its own call centers, as well as works with a vast network of call centers, we put your projects through our unique in-house "onboarding" and "incubation" processes.
Onboarding is a process that allows Telecommunications On Demand to analyze the viability of a program and evaluate its potential for success. Once we determine that a program has merit but also needs a "test run," we then incubate it in one of our two "test centers" in Clearwater or Orlando.
Projects are then kept in-house or outsourced to a Telecommunications On Demand managed call center for production deployment. This process assures the highest probability of success within any Client's budget.
